Glenz Cafe & Bakers (Delhi)

Hello, Everyone!
So I tried to post as soon as possible this time. So, as I told last time that I’m in Delhi and exploring it slowly with time, I came across this cute little café in Delhi and it is like at a walk-able distance from where I’m staying nowadays.
The café I’m talking about is Glenz Café and Bakers situated in Karol Bagh, Delhi. As I was looking at this café from past two weeks while walking from my hostel to Metro station, I decided to drop here and I convinced my roommate to come along and we finally dropped in this café.
Talking about the ambiance, I must say whoever has done the interior of this café has done an amazing work. It has so many pictures and quotations and the sitting arrangement is done in that little area making the whole place look cute and beautiful.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We happen to meet the owner of the place and it was an amazing experience talking to him while he shared with us how they came up with this café and how they manage everything and how the menu was set. Honestly, it was great talking to him.
So after the whole conversation session we decided what we had to order and placed our order:
Cappuccino: A regular coffee on the stronger side with less milk, this coffee was perfectly how it should be.
Mocha: My all time favorite and I like it little sweeter than regular and yes they made it exactly how I wanted and it was perfect mocha coffee and I totally loved it.
Potato Wedges: Yes, as my roommate loves it, it was a compulsion to order this and trust me when I say; the potato wedges they served with a salsa sauce had an amazing test. These were definitely not the regular wedges what we casually eat.
Cheesy Paneer Sandwich: Trust me when I’m saying these were the yummiest sandwiches I have ever tried. The flavors of spices mixed with paneer, onion, and cheese give the sandwich amazing twist and results into a yummy taste.
White Sauce Penne Pasta: Perfectly made white sauce tossed with veggies and penne this was good in taste. The creamy taste of the white sauce was appreciable.
Overall the place serves some amazing food, with nice ambiance, good music, and nice service. It’s definitely a worth trying out the place and I would recommend it, everyone, to try it once.
Well, I will be back with another post about any other place soon…

Berco's (Delhi)

Hello, everyone!
How are you all? Hope all are doing well. Firstly, I’m so-so-so sorry for not able to post from the past so long. I wasn’t keeping well and was also busy in shifting so please forgive.
OK, so my new post is a Chinese & Thai Restaurant located in Delhi. Yes! You got it right! I’m in Delhi nowadays. So this place was shown to me by my friends and we ended having some amazing Chinese food here.
Located at the G-Block of Connaught Place- Delhi, this is at the walkable distance from the Gate 7 of Rajiv Chowk Metro Station. The name of the restaurant is Berco’s and it serves Chinese and Thai food.
Talking about the ambiance, it is really very well done. I like the way the lighting are done and the way the lamps hung above the table. The mirror work makes the restaurant looks bigger and nice. The light music played is soft and soothing. The staff is really very helpful and friendly and the service is quick and efficient too.
Coming up to food what we ordered:
Cold Coffee with Ice cream: Ordered by my friend, this according to her was too sweet but was still good in taste, the coffee was creamy and was a good blend.
Fruit Beer: Well it was a regular fruit Beer so I don't think I need to explain, but still it tasted good.
Vegetable Spring Rolls: Veggies mixed with flavors and spices and then wrapped in spring roll sheets and fried till golden brown and served hot. We asked for a creamy dip along so it was a perfect combination and tasted actually very nice. Hot and crispy and the flavors were totally testable to the buds.
Chili Garlic Crispy Vegetables: Crispy veggies tossed in a sauce and served hot with a dip, this dish is a perfect blend of flavors and spices and the crunchiness of the veggies gives it a perfect taste. A must try what it makes it, this is something you will like for sure.
Chili Garlic Noodles: One of the must try that it is, I would suggest if you don't like spicy avoid it but if you like spicy this is something you gonna like for sure. Though it wasn't too spicy for me but the flavors were up to the mark and the garlic had an amazing taste in the Noodles. The semi-tossed veggies gave a crunchy flavor to the noodles and the spices were mixed to the perfection. The strong flavor of the dish was the red chili and small pieces of garlic sprinkled on the noodles.
Overall the place serves amazing food and I would love to come back here again soon. I would suggest to try it soon if you haven’t yet and I'm sure you will love it for sure.
Well, I will be back with another post about any other place soon.

Vaishali is one of the oldest and most well known restaurants in Pune. Known for its South Indian food and comes under legendary restaurant, great place for breakfast and must visit restaurants in Pune. I would recommend making prior reservations to avoid waiting. As this is the place where you will get rush no matter what time you drop in this place. Its ambiance is nicely done. Indoor sitting has some nice paintings and good table adjustments made while I prefer sitting outdoor which has an amazing ambience.
I love the way lighting and tables are arranged.Coming to food no matter what you try out here you will love it for sure. But still, according to me what you must try:
Veg Cutlet: Well, I love cutlet a lot and at Vaishali you get some really tasty cutlets. Perfect mixture of spices and veggies made into a patty and fried to perfection and then served with chips this is something what one will like for sure.
Upma:
One of the best things I like in my breakfast. Upma is served with chutney and is made with so much perfection that I can eat it all the time.
Cheese Onion Uttappam: The fluffiness of the uttappam with the crunchiness of onions and melting grated cheese gives a perfect blend to the taste served with sambhar and chutney.
Cheese Dosa: Those who like to have plain dosa with sambhar and chutney should try this dosa atleast once. The crispy dosa with grated cheese which melts in with butter gives an immense pleasure to the taste.
Mysore Special Masala Dosa: I must say this is one of the best dosas one should try. The perfect blend of masala and mysore masala spice gives the dosa amazing taste and makes it worth trying. Served with sambhar and chutney this something I suggest to must try.

Horn Ok Please (Pune)

Hello, everyone!
How are you all? Firstly I’m really sorry for the delay as I’m busy with something major. So, here I’m with a new post about one of my favorite restaurant in Pune. The name of the place has a unique name and serves pure veg north Indian food.
Many who are from Pune and have been to FC Road might know about it. Its name is Horn OK Please.

Well, this place is total eye catchy with its unique ambience. In the entrance, there is a board which looks like the back of a truck and also there are big tyres which are kept there for seating. Inside you will find milestones, quotations which are found behind trucks and cute seating adjustments. The service is really quick and the staff is really helpful and interactive.
Coming up to food, well here you will get total Punjabi food and as they serve pure veg so you can’t expect nonveg here for sure. The taste is really amazing and totally finger licking good. I personally like the food here for all the reasons; the service, the quality, the taste, everything here is perfect.
The menu is cleverly set. Once you have the menu card in your hand, I bet you will have a smile on your face automatically as soon as you start going through the menu card.
What is the must try here?
Paneer Tikka: Every paneer lover, loves paneer tikka, well not necessary as this is my logic. But one thing you will agree that best paneer is that which melts in the mouth and here you will get a perfect paneer tikka with mouth melting paneer marinated in spices and perfectly barbequed and served with the chutney and salad with other veggies in it. One of the best paneer tikka I had in town.
Cheese Kebab: I personally love the kebabs here and the cheese kebab tops my list. Perfect for taste and spices the melting cheese tastes so good that you can’t stop eating it.
Veg Junglee: Mix of vegetables into a spicy red gravy and blend to perfection, served with whatever you want, this is one of the amazing dishes one should try in their meal.
Navratan Korma: Mix of various vegetables into a creamy soft white gravy, this is something worth trying. The best part of this dish is that it doesn’t need anything else expect naan or roti. The flavors all over give immense taste to this dish making it one of my favorites.
Sham Savera: You might be thinking what it is exactly. Well is named on the way the dish is presented. Sham Savera is exactly kofte with gravy served in a unique way. The kofte is shaped in the form of half egg and is assembled on the gravy in a way that it looks beautiful and yummy as it tastes.
Rajma Masala: Rajma is my weakness and when I eat it here, my face always has a smile from ear to ear. Perfectly cooked and mixed with the onion tomato gravy this is something of a worth having. I enjoy having it with jeera rice or veg pulao and this is what a perfectly cooked rajma masala is, perfect in spices, perfect in flavors and perfect in taste, this is a worth having dish here.
Cheese Chilly Garlic Naan: Those who love having Naan in their meal should try this definitely. A perfect mix of cheese, garlic and chillis stuffed in dough and cooked in tandoor and served hot these naans are worth trying and I actually suggest that one should definitely try it out for sure.
Veg Biryani: Biryani tastes good when it is cooked in layers of rice and vegetables and served in a handi. This is the best place to have some good veg biryani with raita and papad as the perfect blend of strong spices, veggies, and rice gives the biryani an amazing mix and perfect taste making it a must-have on the list.
Overall this is the best place to have veg north Indian food as you get amazing ambience, service, taste, and experience. This is a place I love to drop by again and again whenever I feel like having a good Punjabi food.
I would suggest trying it at least once and I'm sure you will love it for sure.
