The Chaai (Pune)

Hi Everyone,
I hope all are doing well. My next post is about a cafe in Pune. A cafe I'm personally in love with.
Sometimes we visit a place and instantly fall in love with. My connection with The Chaai is exactly the same. I first visited this place when it newly opened at FC Road. A cafe with amazing ambience, food, and wifi facility. I and my friends were the first groups to drop in here and then becoming the regular customer. It is one of the places I have visited a lot during my college days and still prefer to be here when I'm nearby to that place.

Located on the 1st floor of mayur centre on FC Road, this place has an amazing ambience. Calm and soothing I should say. Sit anywhere and you will feel a comfort. I personally like to sit near the window to look outside the moving traffic and Pune's weather. They also have 2 rooms if someone wants Privacy for party or meeting.
Service is perfect, quick and fast. The staff is always happy to help and are very efficient with their work.
Coming to food, well you will be provided with a tab as a menu card. Well, I love everything they serve coz the chef is perfect in work and the food served is fantastic. No matter whatever you order. The must haves which are my personal favourites are :
Animal Fries : A regular french fries mixed with cheese and other spices gives a perfect taste and blend to the french fries making it a unique and a must have. Also known as the secret recipe of the chef.

Potato Galore : An assortment of masala french fries, rosti potatoes, mashed potatoes and croquet are served with dips. The taste of each and every single thing served on the plate are made to perfection.

Veg Cheeseburger : unlike the regular burger you try out at different places, here it is loaded with veggies and cheese, giving it a perfect taste and a must have.

Alfredo Pasta : no one serves a better pasta than The Chaai. Super cheesy and perfect taste of white sauce blended with exotic veggies and pasta give it a perfect texture and a taste. One bite and you are sold. The best pasta I ever had.

Paneer Do Pyaza : A perfectly made paneer do pyaza with strong spices and unique taste for your taste buds and soft paneer give it a A1 experience, served with jeera rice, this is worth trying out.

Cold Mocha : One of my favourite drink, they serves a perfect blend of coffee and chocolate, giving it an amazing taste.
Almond Frape : Perfect blend of cold coffee with vanilla and chopped almond topped with whipped cream gives the frape a nice taste.

Overall this place serves everything superb. I would suggest to try it and know yourself and I'm sure you will love it for sure.

Flavors Toast (Pune)

Hope all are well and doing great. Well, today I thought to share my amazing experience with sandwiches in Pune. Yes! My today’s post is straight from the heart of Pune!
Sandwiches are something every single person loves to eat, no matter what time of the day it is. The best part of sandwiches are that they are easily available, take less time in preparing and are affordable to pockets. In abroad, most of the people eat sandwiches for breakfast, lunch, tea time and also in dinner too.
Today, I’m going to tell you about one such place in Pune which is famous for its sandwiches and they just serve sandwich in huge varieties.
‘Flavors Toast’ as the name of the shop is it actually has amazing flavors in the sandwiches they serve. Situated exactly opposite to Overseas Bank on FC Road, in Pune, this shop is serving amazing sandwiches from more than 8 years. One can find a huge variety of veg sandwiches that too within 100 rupees.

No matter which one you order, you will be satisfied with the taste and crispiness of the sandwiches. Served with spicy and tasty green chutney and tomato ketchup, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Being a pure veg shop, it might not please the nonvegetarian, but still, they can enjoy the vegetarian sandwiches served by them.
Must haves:
Chocolate Sandwich: The beauty and specialty of this place. Perfectly toasted with butter and loads of chocolate inside and topped with chocolate shredding this is the best chocolate sandwich I ever had in India. It is something to die for!

Corn Masala Cheese Toast: A double decker toast filled with corns and masala and topped with grated cheese this is a one of the tastiest sandwiches you will have here. The flavors and the blend of spices give this sandwich an amazing and outstanding taste.
Kolhapuri Masala Toast: Well this is something the entire spicy lover will love. The perfect mix of strong spices and vegetables and stuffed between slices of bread and toasted to perfection this is something worth having.
Cheese Chilli Garlic Toast: Cheese Chilli toast is something everyone love and the mix of garlic to it is something everyone will love for sure. The best part is the melting cheese inside the toast and topped with grated cheese gives this sandwich an amazing taste of cheese with chillis and garlic inside.
Well, each and every toast served here are truly amazing and hats off to the chef who makes the entire menu super tasty and yummy and attract people to visit back again. This is a place I love to visit for my sandwich cravings whenever I’m in Pune.
A worthy place for the amazing sandwiches and light on pockets. A much tryout, I must say.

The Third House (Mumbai)

Hello Everyone,
Today I’m going to tell you about a place I totally love to have food from. Actually, I should say, there is one dish in a particular cause of which I love this place.

‘The 3rd House’ as it is named is located in Andheri, Mumbai. Basically, before visiting this place personally, I used to place a home delivery order and no matter what I order from Chinese to Italian to Punjabi, everything used to taste amazingly perfect. So I had an imagination about this place as a nice restaurant. No, I actually didn’t check the details on zomato, except the menu.
Then, one day my friends decided to drop at this place, as we were having an after party hunger. The best part about this place is that it remains open from evening to late night, maximum by 3am or so.  So we went to this place around 12:30am, and all my imagination about the place gone somewhere far away. It was just a small shop, no sitting facilities, nothing. They provide takeaway, home delivery and those who want to have it there itself can keep the use and throw plates on the vehicle they arrived from. Well, my friends told me that we will have desi sliders and that is something one should definitely try out. Desi Sliders was on my list and I didn’t want to have a home delivery for that.
So, what is Desi Slider actually?
It is a stuffed cheese naan with the choice of filling we want to choose from the given options, served with green chutney and onion.

So we ordered:
Kadai Paneer:- Well, how shall I describe it. It was outstanding and such a perfect taste it had. The taste of Kadhai Paneer with the perfect mix of spices and flavors stuffed in the naan with cheese and then cooked to perfection in the tandoor and served with a melting butter dancing on the slider with yummy green chutney. I was in love with it.
 Paneer Tikka Masala:- Well this was exactly what I can say an actual Paneer Tikka is, with a small difference i.e., that it is stuffed in a naan. The smoking flavor of grilled paneer tikka with a perfect mix of the royal spiced gravy gave the slider a unique taste and a must have.
I then realized why the Desi Sliders are the specialty of ‘The Third House’. A must must must have that it is and the way they make it, is bliss. I love dropping here whenever I crave to have desi sliders and this place never disappoints me ever.
Trust me, just try out desi sliders here with the fillings of your choice and I bet you will love it for sure.
Yes, you can try anything else too from their huge menu and you won’t be disappointed at all, but the desi sliders are a must have and to die for.
I would love to drop to this place again and again...

Zulu Terrace (Mumbai)

Hey Everyone,
I'm going to share with you all my experiences with all the places I visit. My first post is about Zulu Terrace.
What can be the definition of 'Evening well spent'?
Well, let me tell you! I got a call from my friend asking me to join for a dinner. Who would say no to such an offer? So here I was traveling with my friend to Andheri (Mumbai), with a constant thought in mind that how the place will be where we were about to reach.
As you have guessed by its name, this place is located on the terrace near fun republic, not at all hard to miss...
As soon as I entered the corridor which led to the terrace, I had this 'wow' word stuck in my mouth. A wall full of diyas and then an amazing ambiance with a big screen for matches and small lamps for pleasant dinner. Just perfect and something which I have not seen for long.... The music in the background played the perfect numbers and I was thoroughly enjoying myself
The service was really nice... All the staff was friendly and had a smile on their face, they were interactive with every customer, which was a plus point as this is something very less seen...
What we ordered-
Virgin Guava Merry: Really good in taste and was a perfect mocktail to go for, this had a mix of different flavors and a perfect taste of guava in it....
Virgin Melon: I enjoyed this drink, fine chopped melon and mint gave the perfect taste to this mocktail...

Tangy Orange: I don't think, I need to explain it any further. But this was a mocktail which turned my personal favorite, the real taste of orange with a mix of mint and pinch of salt gave it different taste all over and I loved it.
Kiwi Flavor Hookah: Hookahs are something we all love. Good in taste and smooth this hookah was different from what most of the places serves kiwi flavor, I loved it, though couldn't have it more than a few puffs.

Hariyali Paneer Tikka: The best part of any panner dish is that paneer should be really soft, and we found it here... Paneer is my favorite, served in any form and paneer tikka is something I love. The taste of this paneer tikka was perfect and I had that big smile while having it The blend of spices with spinach and mint marinated paneer and veggies grilled to perfection, made my taste buds happy.

Exotic Veggies in Oyster: A good in taste, this dish was perfect in spices. A minus thing in this dish was mushrooms which I'm allergic to and wasn't aware that the dish carries mushrooms until it was served, but still, the dish was a good treat. The oyster sauce was really yummy.

Veg Seek Kabab: Who doesn't love kebabs, I would have loved this one more, if it would have been spicier. Tough, I loved the chutney served along which was mint and coriander chutney and it was perfect in taste.

Penne Mamarosa: Chef's signature dish, and named after him, this dish was the heart stealer for me. One bite and m sold... Pasta is my weakness and when I get to have something as yummy and tasty as this one, I turn out as a happy soul. A mixture of white and red sauce, this dish was cooked to perfection and had an amazing texture and taste.

Grilled veggies in spiced BBQ sauce: Served with rice, this dish had a perfect mix of spices. Veggies tasted really good and the sauce was perfect too. The way of presentation was really nice and the flavor that grilled veggies gave with the rice and sauce was thoroughly amazing.

Overall, the food was fantastic and the experience was amazing....
I would love to drop to this place again, especially for pasta and panner tikka...
